(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announced on the Juchao Information Network on March 28, 2026, the "Announcement on Winning Bid for Engineering Project" (Announcement No.: 2026-007), determining that the consortium formed by the Company (lead party), Fujian Taiyin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Fujian Yuchen Architectural Design Co., Ltd. is the winning bidder for the "Zhonglian Jin Di Hezhou Digital Smart Agriculture Industrial Park Project EPC General Contracting (Phase II)".
