On April 9, 2025, the Company held the 11th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, where it approved the proposal for the share buyback plan. The Company agreed to repurchase part of its ordinary shares (A shares) using its own funds through centralized bidding, for the purpose of implementing an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives. The repurchase price shall not exceed RMB 15 per share, with a total repurchase amount not less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and not exceeding RMB 50 million (inclusive).
