After deliberation by the Board of Directors, it was agreed to appoint Mr. Tang Huaying as President, Mr. Zhang Zijie as Board Secretary, Mr. Ma Tingwen and Mr. Tian Ye as Vice Presidents, Ms. Wang Sichun as Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Wang Juan as Securities Affairs Representative.
