Shanghai Jintiancheng Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "this firm") has been entrusted by Anhui Delixi Daily Glass Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the issuer" or "the company") to act as special legal counsel for the issuer's stock issuance to specific targets in 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "this issuance"). This firm issued the "Legal Opinion on Anhui Delixi Daily Glass Co., Ltd.'s 2025 Stock Issuance to Specific Targets" (hereinafter referred to as "the Legal Opinion") on January 22, 2026, and the "Lawyer's Work Report on Anhui Delixi Daily Glass Co., Ltd.'s 2025 Stock Issuance to Specific Targets" (hereinafter referred to as "the Lawyer's Work Report") (collectively referred to as "the Original Legal Opinion").
