First-instance judgment amount: Zhejiang Kelubao Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kelubao") shall compensate Beinemei Co., Ltd. for losses of RMB 1,768,709.89 within ten days from the date the judgment takes effect; Kelubao has paid RMB 7,000,000.00 in royalties for the entire contract period. Due to early termination before the contract performance period, Beinemei Co., Ltd. shall refund Kelubao RMB 3,690,000.00 in royalties within ten days from the date the judgment takes effect.
