According to the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation Letter" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on June 17, 2026, Baoji Fangwei Tongchuang Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Fangwei Tongchuang") transferred 21,333,760 shares of Zhejiang Bosen Apparel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Listed Company") to Guangzhou Yanfeng Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yanfeng Digital") through a share transfer agreement. The transfer registration has been completed. The date of completion of the transfer is June 17, 2026. The number of shares transferred is 21,333,760, representing a shareholding ratio of 14.81%.
