I. Main Content of the Notice of Risk Control Measures
During the on-site inspection by the National Medical Products Administration's Food and Drug Audit Center from June 26 to June 28, 2026, a serious defect and safety hazard was found in your company's Bushen Pian product. In accordance with Article 99 of the "Pharmaceutical Administration Law of the People's Republic of China," risk control measures of suspending production/sales are to be implemented for your company's Maimai Injection, specifications: 10ml, 20ml, small-volume injection (Workshop I, Workshop III) washing, filling, and sealing linkage line, traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment and extraction production line (traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment workshop, extraction Workshop II); Bushen Pian, specifications: sugar-coated tablet core weight 0.25g, film-coated tablet weight 0.26g, solid dosage form workshop solid dosage form production line, traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment and extraction production line (traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment workshop, extraction Workshop I). You are hereby ordered to rectify the existing problems, and production/sales may resume only after the risks are eliminated.
