Announcement on the Progress of Using Idle Self-owned Funds to Purchase Wealth Management Products

On May 26, 2026, the Company held the eighth meeting of the ninth Board of Directors, which reviewed and approved the proposal on the use of idle self-owned funds to purchase wealth management products. To improve the efficiency of fund utilization and reasonably use idle self-owned funds while ensuring the daily operational funding needs and safety of funds, the Company and its subsidiaries will use no more than RMB 130 million of idle self-owned funds to purchase wealth management products. The funds within the above limit can be used on a rolling basis, with a usage period not exceeding 12 months. According to the above resolution, the Company used RMB 80 million, and its subsidiary used RMB 50 million, totaling RMB 130 million of idle self-owned funds to purchase wealth management products from Shanghai Guotai Haitong Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd.
