Jilin Province Jianshan Yisheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the first meeting of the ninth board of directors and the first meeting of the ninth supervisory board on May 29, 2025, where it approved the proposal on using idle self-owned funds to purchase wealth management products. This decision aims to improve the efficiency of fund utilization and reasonably utilize idle self-owned funds while ensuring the daily operational funding needs and safety of funds. The Company and its subsidiaries will use no more than 150 million RMB of idle self-owned funds to purchase wealth management products.
