Suzhou Tianwo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its subsidiary Zhangjiagang Jiangnan Forging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff" or "Jiangnan Forging") have filed two lawsuits with the Baodi District People's Court of Tianjin City against Tianjin Huajian Tianheng Transmission Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Huajian"), Huajian Tianheng (Yangzhou) Transmission Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yangzhou Huajian"), and other entities for disputes over sales contracts, demanding payment of principal and interest of the goods. Based on the preliminary progress of the cases, the amount involved was RMB 19.1966 million. Recently, Jiangnan Forging applied to the court to change the claim amount for the second case mentioned below, that is, the claim amount was changed from RMB 4.3747 million to RMB 8.1099 million. The total amount involved in the two cases has been changed to RMB 22.9318 million. The progress of the cases is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of the Current Litigation Matters
(I) Case One Case one has been settled through mediation. Tianjin Huajian shall pay Jiangnan Forging in installments the sum of RMB 14,821,911.62 and corresponding interest. Beijing Huajian Guocheng Investment Co., Ltd. shall bear supplementary compensation liability within the scope of its unpaid capital contribution for the aforementioned payment obligations of Tianjin Huajian. As the relevant defendants have not fulfilled their payment obligations as required by the "Civil Mediation Document," Jiangnan Forging has applied to the Baodi District People's Court of Tianjin City for compulsory enforcement, which has been accepted.
