According to the "Lawyer Service Agreement" signed between our office and the Issuer, our office accepts the Issuer's entrustment to act as the special legal advisor for this issuance and issues this supplementary legal opinion accordingly. Our lawyers have verified the documents and relevant facts provided by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the Company Law, Securities Law, Management Measures, Practice Measures, Practice Rules, and other relevant laws, regulations, rules, and normative documents, and in accordance with the recognized business standards, ethical norms, and diligent and responsible spirit of the legal profession. We have issued the "Legal Opinion of Beijing Grandway Law Offices on the Application of Changzhou Qianhong Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to Issue Convertible Bonds to Unspecified Objects" (hereinafter referred to as the "Legal Opinion"), the "Lawyer Work Report," the "Supplementary Legal Opinion No. 1," and the "Special Verification Report." The Issuer disclosed the "2025 Annual Report of Changzhou Qianhong Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." on April 24, 2026, and the reporting period for this issuance has been adjusted to January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025. Due to changes in the Issuer's relevant circumstances from October to December 2025, our lawyers have issued this supplementary legal opinion based on further verification of the Issuer and the relevant circumstances of this issuance, modifying, supplementing, or further explaining the contents of the previously issued "Legal Opinion" and "Lawyer Work Report." Our lawyers agree to submit this supplementary legal opinion as a statutory document necessary for the Issuer's issuance along with other materials and shall bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the law; this supplementary legal opinion is only for the purpose of the Issuer's issuance and shall not be used for any other purpose. The statements made by our lawyers in the "Legal Opinion," "Lawyer Work Report," "Supplementary Legal Opinion No. 1," and "Special Verification Report" also apply to this supplementary legal opinion. Unless otherwise specified, the meanings of terms in this supplementary legal opinion are consistent with the meanings of the same terms in the "Legal Opinion," "Lawyer Work Report," "Supplementary Legal Opinion No. 1," and "Special Verification Report."
