Changzhou Qianhong Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the issuer, Qianhong Pharmaceutical) applies to issue convertible bonds to unspecified objects and list on the main board. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law, Securities Law, and the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Refinancing Registration Measures"), the issuer submits the issuance application documents. Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huatai United Securities, the sponsor) acts as the sponsor for this issuance, with Diao Guijun and Zhuang Chen as the designated sponsoring representatives, and hereby issues this sponsorship letter.
The sponsor Huatai United Securities, along with sponsoring representatives Diao Guijun and Zhuang Chen, commits to: acting in good faith and with diligence in accordance with the Company Law, Securities Law, and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, to issue this sponsorship letter, ensuring the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the documents provided.
