Shenzhen Jinnong Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," compiled statistics on new litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries within a continuous twelve-month period. The cumulative amount involved has reached the information disclosure standard. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Matters
As of July 24, 2026, the cumulative amount involved in new litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries within a continuous twelve-month period is approximately RMB 12,720.10 million (details of specific cases are shown in the attached table), accounting for 10.36% of the Company's net assets as audited in the most recent period. Among these, the amount involved in cases where the Company and its holding subsidiaries are the plaintiffs is approximately RMB 4,394.88 million, and the amount involved in cases where the Company and its holding subsidiaries are the defendants is approximately RMB 8,325.22 million.

There are no other major litigation or arbitration matters involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries that should have been disclosed but have not been.
