Suzhou Chunxing Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Chunxing Precision"), its wholly-owned subsidiary Huizhou Chunxing Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huizhou Chunxing"), being dissatisfied with the "Civil Judgment" issued by the Qingyang District People's Court of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province [ (2025) Sichuan 0105 Civil First Instance No. 24942 ], has appealed to the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court of Sichuan Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Court"). Recently, the Company received the "Notice of Acceptance of Appeal, Notification of Panel Members, Rights and Obligations, and Evidence Submission" issued by the Court [ (2026) Sichuan 01 Civil Final Instance No. 16700 ]. The details are as follows:
I. Basic Situation of the Current Litigation
Due to a sales contract dispute, Chengdu Jiachen Numerical Control Technology Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit against Huizhou Chunxing and the Company with the Qingyang District People's Court of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Litigation Matters" (2025-093) disclosed by the Company on October 23, 2025, on the Juchao Information Network and designated information disclosure media.
