I. Basic Situation of the Acceptance of the Arbitration Case
Zhonghua Geotechnical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Statement of Defense" and other case materials from the Beijing Arbitration Commission recently. The arbitration application filed by Shanghai Meinong Golf Engineering Co., Ltd. against Beijing Changdao Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Changdao") has been formally accepted. The case number is (2026) Jing Zhong An Zi No. 04833. The basic situation of the acceptance of this arbitration case is as follows:

II. Basic Situation of the Case
(I) Facts and Reasons of the Arbitration Case
The applicant and the respondent entered into the "Xin Du Xing Cheng International Football Sports Park Project Professional Subcontracting Contract for Pitch Preparation and Outdoor Football Fields No. 1-8" (Contract No.: CD-K-2022-023-F021) on April 3, 2023, regarding the construction of the Xin Du Xing Cheng International Football Sports Park Project. The contract stipulated that the applicant would undertake the construction of the pitch preparation and outdoor football fields No. 1-8 for the project. After the contract was signed, the applicant organized personnel, materials, and machinery to enter the site for construction as agreed, and completed all construction work within the scope stipulated in the contract.
The project has been completed and accepted by the respondent and the project requirements. Among them, fields No. 5-8 began planting on May 22, 2023, and were accepted on January 25, 2024. Fields No. 3-4 began planting on July 1, 2023, and were accepted on February 28, 2024. Fields No. 1-2 and the pitch preparation area began planting on August 15, 2023, and were accepted on March 21, 2024. During the construction and acceptance process, the relevant quality inspection indicators of the fields met the standards and the project quality met the contract requirements and project use requirements.
After the acceptance, the project was delivered and has been put into actual use. Chengdu Xingcheng Sports Industry Investment Co., Ltd. began commercial operations in March 2024 and hosted the 2024 "Li Ning Cup" Campus Football Invitational Tournament on October 1, 2024. The tournament involved a large number of participating teams and participants, which is sufficient to prove that the project has been occupied and used by the general contractor and the owner, and has generated project operating benefits.
