On September 1, 2025, Anhui Si'erte Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Notice of Investigation" (No.: JZJZ0232025004) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") regarding suspected information disclosure violations. Based on laws and regulations such as the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," the CSRC decided to initiate an investigation into the Company. On July 30, 2026, the Company received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" (No. [2026] 4) issued by the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau. The relevant content is hereby announced as follows:
I. Main Content of the "Administrative Penalty Decision"
"Party Concerned: Anhui Si'erte Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Si'erte or the Company), Domicile: Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), our bureau has investigated the information disclosure violations and irregularities of Si'erte. The facts, reasons, and basis for the administrative penalty were informed to the party concerned, and the party concerned submitted a statement and defense opinion but did not request a hearing. The case has now been investigated and concluded.
