Tianshun Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Tianshen Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Tianshen"), stating that Shanghai Tianshen has pledged 4.26% of its shares in the Company for pledge and supplementary pledge transactions. The pledgees are China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Galaxy Securities"), China CITIC Wealth Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Wealth"), Dongwu Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongwu Securities"), and Hongta Securities Co., Ltd.
