Hunan Qiyuan Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "this Firm") has been entrusted by Hunan Shengjing Shanhe Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer" or "Shengjing Shanhe") to act as the special legal advisor for the Issuer's initial public offering (hereinafter referred to as "this Offering") and listing. The lawyers of this Firm have conducted a legal review of the matters related to this Offering in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Securities Law"), the Administrative Measures for Initial Public Offerings and Listings (hereinafter referred to as "the IPO Management Measures"), the Management Measures for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business, and other relevant laws, regulations, and the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC").
