(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Judicial Freezing of Part of the Shares of the Controlling Shareholder" (Announcement No.: 2026-004) on the Juchao Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn). Recently, the Company received a "Letter of Notification from Guangzheng Investment Co., Ltd. Regarding the Judicial Freezing of Part of its Shares in Guangzheng Ophthalmology" (hereinafter referred to as the "Letter of Notification") from its controlling shareholder, Guangzheng Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzheng Investment" or the "Controlling Shareholder"). The progress is hereby announced as follows:
