Overview of Guarantee Situation The Company held the Fifteenth Meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors on April 28, 2026, and the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 20, 2026. Guarantee Progress To meet the working capital needs of its wholly-owned subsidiary, New East Network Technology Co., Ltd.
