On July 20, 2020, Tian Guang Zhong Mao published an announcement on the Giant Tide Information Network regarding the termination of its stock listing (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement"). The Announcement disclosed that the company's stock entered the delisting arrangement period on June 4, 2020, and after thirty trading days, the delisting arrangement period ended on July 17, 2020.
