On July 21, 2023, Souyute Group Co., Ltd. received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") decision on the termination of the listing of the Company's stock and convertible bonds (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2023] No. 634). The SZSE decided to terminate the listing of the Company's stock and convertible bonds.
