Special Reminder:

1. The company's audited net profits for the years 2018 and 2019 were negative, and the net profit for 2020, after excluding non-recurring gains and losses, was also negative. Following the disclosure of the 2020 annual report, the company's stock continued to be subject to "delisting risk warning." According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the company's net profits for the three consecutive accounting years of 2018, 2019, and 2020, after excluding non-recurring gains and losses, were all negative. Furthermore, the 2020 audit report indicated uncertainty regarding the company's ability to continue as a going concern, triggering the "other risk warning" under Article 13.3 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2020 Revision)." (Concern Letter No. [2022] 341), the "Inquiry Letter regarding the 2022 Semi-Annual Report of Kolin Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd." (Inquiry No. [2022] 17), the "Inquiry Letter regarding the 2022 Third Quarter Report of Kolin Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd." (Inquiry No. [2022] 8), the "Concern Letter regarding Kolin Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd." (Concern Letter No. [2022] 476), and the "Concern Letter regarding Related Matters of Kolin Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd." (Concern Letter No. [2022] 69). Failure to complete the responses to these letters within the specified time will result in a risk of termination of listing for the company's stock.
