1. Explanation of the Appointment of the Sponsor Broker
On March 17, 2023, the Company received the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") decision on the termination of the listing of Kolin Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. stock (Shenzhen Stock Exchange [2023] No. 201), which decided to terminate the Company's stock listing. Given that the Company's stock will be transferred to the delisting segment managed by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations after the termination of its listing, according to the relevant provisions of the "Stock Listing Rules" (2023 revision), the Company is required to appoint a securities company with sponsor broker qualifications (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor Broker") and sign relevant agreements with it.
