(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Pre-disclosure Announcement Regarding the Reduction of Shares by the Controlling Shareholder" (Announcement No.: 2026-019) on May 29, 2026. The controlling shareholder, Qingdao Hanhe Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Controlling Shareholder"), which held 2,214,408,016 shares (66.56% of the Company's total share capital), planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 33,267,960 shares, or no more than 1% of the total share capital, via centralized bidding or block trading on the stock exchange between June 23, 2026, and September 19, 2026.
The Company recently received the "Notice Regarding the Reduction of Company Shares Reaching the 1% Multiple" from the Controlling Shareholder, informing that it had cumulatively reduced its holdings of the Company's shares by 20,943,440 shares, representing 0.63% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding on August 4, 2026.
