This report is the first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report by Tongding Interconnection Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongding Interconnection," "the Company," or "we"). This report responds to the stock exchange's compliance requirements by systematically reviewing the company's performance benchmarks in the environmental, social, and governance fields, laying a solid foundation for future ESG management enhancement.
Report Scope
The scope of this report covers Tongding Interconnection Information Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include financial data (including R&D investment amount) audited by the consolidated financial statements; patent and standard data are counted by application/ownership entity; other ESG performance indicators are based on the single entity of Tongding Interconnection's parent company, excluding subsidiaries. The company will gradually include subsidiary data in accordance with the principle of materiality in the future.
Unless otherwise specified, all currencies involved in the report are RMB.
The reporting period covers the fiscal year from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with some information extending beyond the reporting period.
