Beijing Jindu Law Firm, entrusted by Chengdu Xinzhu Road and Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinzhu" or "the Company"), conducted a special verification regarding the insider trading self-examination of individuals with insider information related to the Company's proposed asset sale, share issuance, and cash payment for asset purchases, as well as the fundraising for supporting funds and related transactions.

The verification period for the insider trading activities of individuals with insider information is from November 25, 2024, to May 11, 2026.
