I. Contract Signing Overview
Shandong Xinyie Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Bid Winning Results of the Company's Subsidiary" (Announcement No.: 2026-056) on Julai 28, 2026, on the Juchao Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn). The Company's subsidiary, Dongying Baomo Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baomo Environmental"), participated in the "2026-2027 Bid Winning for Polyacrylamide II for Enhanced Oil Recovery Framework Agreement Public Bidding" (Bid No.: NWZ260616-1015-125579-JZ-02) organized by the Shengli Oilfield Branch Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Bidder") under China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Sinopec"). Baomo Environmental was included in the list of qualified suppliers after comprehensive evaluation.
Recently, Baomo Environmental and Sinopec International Business Co., Ltd. completed CA electronic signing through Sinopec's electronic signing platform and officially signed the "Chemical Product Framework Procurement Contract Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). This Contract shall take effect from the date when both parties complete all electronic signatures and shall be valid until August 20, 2027. This Contract falls within the scope of the subsidiary's daily operating activities as a supply framework agreement and does not require deliberation and approval from the Company's Board of Directors or Shareholders' Meeting.
