Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1
To strengthen the remuneration management of directors and senior management of Shenzhen Ecosystem Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), establish a scientific and effective incentive and restraint mechanism, and enhance the Company's operational management, this system is formulated based on relevant national laws, regulations, and the Articles of Association of Shenzhen Ecosystem Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
Article 2
This system applies to the directors and senior management of the Company. The Board of Directors, the General Manager, and the Chief Financial Officer shall implement the remuneration management system as stipulated in this document.
