Chapter One General Principles
Article 1 In order to strengthen the information disclosure management of Tianqi Lithium Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), further standardize the information disclosure behavior of the Company and its related parties, maintain investor rights and interests, and other relevant legal rights, based on the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Securities Law"), and the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Company formulates this information disclosure management system (hereinafter referred to as "this system").
Article 2 The information disclosure work of the Company shall adhere to the principles of truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and fairness.
Article 3 The Company and its controlling shareholders, shareholders, directors, senior management, and other relevant personnel must not disclose any undisclosed information to any person, nor shall they use such information for trading purposes. Any unit or individual must not disclose or provide information that is required to be disclosed by the Company.
Chapter Two Scope of Information Disclosure and Standards
Article 1 Disclosure Documents
The Company shall disclose information in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the requirements of the Company Law. The Company shall disclose information in a timely manner, including but not limited to annual reports, interim reports, and quarterly reports.
Article 2 Regular Reports
The Company’s regular reports include annual reports, semi-annual reports, and quarterly reports. The regular reports of the Company shall include the following contents:
