I. Overview of Financial Assistance
On April 29, 2026, at the fifteenth meeting of the sixth board of directors, Ganfeng Lithium Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") approved the proposal to provide financial assistance to its controlling subsidiary, Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ganfeng Lithium Battery"), to meet its operational funding needs. The Company agrees to provide financial assistance of no more than RMB 700 million, which can be reused within this limit. The management is authorized to handle relevant procedures and sign related legal documents within this limit. This financial assistance will not affect the Company's normal operations and fund usage. This financial assistance does not fall under the circumstances prohibited by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules or the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and does not qualify as a major asset restructuring under the regulations, thus does not require submission for shareholder approval.
