Introduction
Guangdong Xinda Law Firm has been commissioned by OFILM Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Listed Company") to provide legal opinions regarding the cancellation of all remaining stock options from the 2023 first phase stock option incentive plan (hereinafter referred to as "2023 First Phase Incentive Plan") and certain stock options from the 2024 first phase restricted stock and stock option incentive plan (hereinafter referred to as "2024 First Phase Incentive Plan"), as well as the repurchase and cancellation of certain restricted stocks from the 2024 First Phase Incentive Plan.
