The Company and its subsidiaries plan to sell LCOS chip-related products and provide services to the related party Shanghai Jucheng Ruixun Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jucheng Ruixun"), with an estimated total amount of daily related transactions not exceeding RMB 40 million within the next 12 months.
