According to the "Stock Listing Rules (2022 Revision)" and the "Implementation Measures for Delisted Companies Entering the Delisting Sector for Transfer," after the termination of the company's stock listing, the shares will be transferred to the National Small and Medium Enterprises Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. The company must appoint a sponsor broker to handle the relevant business for the transfer of its shares in the delisting sector, including share exit registration, share confirmation, initial registration in the delisting sector, stock listing, and providing share transfer services.
