Qimingxingchen Information Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Company's 2026 Audit Firm" at the 17th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors held on April 10, 2026. It is proposed to continue to engage Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyonghe" or "Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants") to be responsible for the Company's 2026 audit work. This re-appointment of the accounting firm complies with the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
