I. Overview of Credit Situation Dawn Information Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 17th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on April 10, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Company Applying for a Comprehensive Credit Line from the Bank and Providing Guarantee for the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary's Use of the Credit Line." In accordance with the needs of the company's operations and business development, to coordinate the fund affairs of the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Beijing Dawn Information Security Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dawn Security") and Beijing Dawnstar Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dawnstar"), after deliberation by the attending directors, it was agreed that Dawn Security and Dawnstar would respectively apply to the Beijing Branch of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. for a comprehensive credit line. The business types include domestic guarantees, commercial bill acceptance, and commercial acceptance bill rediscounting, with comprehensive credit line amounts of RMB 150 million and RMB 50 million respectively, for a term of one year. Dawn Security and Dawnstar will use the credit line, and the Company will provide guarantees.
