(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") held the fourth meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors on April 11, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing Tianzhi International Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 Audit Firm." It was agreed to re-appoint Tianzhi International Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 audit firm. This matter still needs to be submitted to the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting for review. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Proposed Re-appointed Accounting Firm
Tianzhi International Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianzhi International") possesses securities and futures related business qualifications and has many years of experience and capabilities in providing audit services to listed companies. During its tenure as the 2025 audit firm, Tianzhi International diligently performed its duties, adhered to independent, objective, and fair professional standards, and successfully completed all aspects of the Company's 2025 financial report audit. To maintain the continuity of audit work, the Company's Board of Directors proposes to re-appoint Tianzhi International as the Company's 2026 audit firm for a term of one year. The Company's Board of Directors requests the Shareholders' Meeting to authorize the Company's management to negotiate the relevant audit fees with Tianzhi International Certified Public Accountants based on the specific audit requirements and scope for 2026.
