As an independent director of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and with a sense of responsibility to all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders, I have strictly adhered to the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director System" during 2025. I have diligently performed my duties as an independent director, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed all proposals submitted to the board of directors, and offered constructive suggestions for the company's business development and operations. I have effectively utilized the role of an independent director to safeguard the overall interests of the company and the interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
(I) Personal Resume I, Shi Bingfeng, was born in 1958, am a Chinese national with no overseas residency, hold a Master's degree, and am a Senior Economist. From August 1985 to December 1990, I served as Director of the Teaching and Research Section at Beijing Technology and Business University. From December 1990 to February 1998, I was a Section Chief and Department Head at the Ministry of Commerce. From March 1998 to January 2019, I served as Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors at China Quanjude (Group) Co., Ltd. Since May 2015, I have been the Vice President of the China Commercial Culture Research Association. Since August 2025, I have served as an independent director of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd.
