To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and with a sense of responsibility to all shareholders, especially the vast number of small and medium shareholders, I have strictly adhered to the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director System" in 2025. I have diligently performed my duties as an independent director, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed all proposals submitted to the board of directors, offered constructive suggestions for the company's business development and operations, and fully exercised the role of an independent director, effectively safeguarding the overall interests of the company and the interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The following is a report on my performance as an independent director in 2025:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
(I) Personal Resume I, Ma Jing, born in 1979, am a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. I hold a Ph.D. in World Economics from Nankai University. From December 2014 to December 2015, I was a visiting scholar at the National University of Singapore. From September 2021 to August 2024, I was a professor at Guangxi University. From February 2019 to April 2025, I served as an independent director of Tianjin Xiangxiang Technology Co., Ltd. From November 2021 to present, I have been an independent director of BAIC BlueG Vehicle Co., Ltd. Since July 2007, I have been a lecturer and associate professor at Nankai University. Since August 2025, I have served as an independent director of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd.
