I, Sun Jian, born in 1981, am a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. I hold a Master's degree. From September 2007 to October 2017, I served successively as Senior Manager, Assistant Director, Director, and Executive Director and General Manager of the Investment Banking Department at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. Since 2015, I have also served as an external tutor at the Business School of the University of International Business and Economics. From February 2018 to July 2022, I was the General Manager of Inner Mongolia Juyuan Huiling Fund Management Co., Ltd. From July 2022 to August 2025, I served as an independent director of Jiangsu Shentong Valve Co., Ltd.
