On April 24, 2026, the Ninth Meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors of Harbin Honor Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Providing Guarantees for Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries' Bank Credit Line Applications." For details, please refer to the "Resolution of the Seventh Board of Directors' Ninth Meeting" disclosed on the same day in the "China Securities Journal," "Securities Times," and the giant Information Network http://www.cninfo.com.cn.
In accordance with the "Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and the "Articles of Association," this guarantee matter does not constitute a related party transaction and does not require shareholder approval.
The guarantee agreement will be signed after the Company's Board of Directors deliberates and approves this guarantee matter.
