Hello everyone!
As an independent director of Shenzhen Fastprint Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term in 2025, I have actively attended relevant meetings and faithfully and diligently performed my duties in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Articles of Association, the Independent Director System, and other relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, safeguarding the interests of the Company and its shareholders. The work performed during my term in 2025 is hereby reported as follows:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
On November 17, 2025, the Company convened its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025, which approved the "Proposal on the Election of Independent Directors for the Seventh Board of Directors of the Company." I was elected as an independent director of the Seventh Board of Directors of the Company.
My resume is as follows: Chinese national, with no permanent overseas residency, born in September 1986, MPAcc from Peking University, Chinese Certified Public Accountant. From July 2010 to November 2014, I served as a Project Manager at Da Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership); from December 2014 to June 2016, I served as Financial Manager at Visual China Culture Development Co., Ltd.; from July 2016 to August 2017, I served as Financial Manager at Dongxu Technology Group Co., Ltd.; from September 2017 to present, I have served as a Partner at Da Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership); and from November 2025 to present, I have served as an Independent Director of this Company.
