Shenzhen Fastprint Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") appointed Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Huaxing Firm") as its audit institution for 2025. In accordance with the requirements of the "Measures for the Selection and Engagement of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the Company has evaluated the performance of Huaxing Firm for 2025. After evaluation, the Company believes that Huaxing Firm's qualifications and other aspects for 2025 are compliant and effective, it can maintain independence, act diligently and responsibly, and express opinions objectively and fairly. I. Qualifications of the Accounting Firm
Huaxing Firm's predecessor was Fujian Huaxing Certified Public Accountants, established in 1981 and affiliated with the Fujian Provincial Department of Finance. In December 1998, it was decoupled from its former supervising unit, the Fujian Provincial Department of Finance, and restructured into Fujian Huaxing Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. In January 2009, it was renamed Fujian Huaxing Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. In December 2013, it was converted into Fujian Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). In July 2019, it was renamed Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). Its registered address is located at Floors 7-9, Block B, Zhongshan Building, No. 152 Hudong Road, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The chief partner is Mr. Tong Yigong.
