Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), formerly known as Fujian Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants, was established in 1981 and was affiliated with the Fujian Provincial Department of Finance. In December 1998, it was separated from its former supervisory unit, the Fujian Provincial Department of Finance, and restructured into Fujian Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. In January 2009, it was renamed Fujian Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. In December 2013, it was restructured into Fujian Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). In July 2019, it was renamed Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). Its registered address is located at Floors 7-9, Block B, Zhongshan Building, Huidong Road, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The managing partner is Mr. Tong Yigong.
As of December 31, 2025, Hua Xing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) has 73 partners and 332 certified public accountants, of which 185 have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
