We were entrusted to audit the 2025 financial statements of Shenzhen Fastprint Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fastprint Technology"), including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements, consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, consolidated and parent company statements of changes in owners' equity, and the notes to the financial statements for 2025. We issued an unqualified audit report with the number Huaxing Audit [2026] 25014010028 on April 23, 2026.
In accordance with the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Supervision Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 8 - Supervision Requirements for Listed Company Fund Transactions and External Guarantees" and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Business Handling (2026 Revision)", Fastprint Technology has prepared the attached Summary Table of Non-Operating Fund Occupation and Other Related Party Fund Transactions for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table").
The accurate preparation and external disclosure of the Summary Table and ensuring its truthfulness, legality, and completeness are the responsibility of Fastprint Technology's management. We have cross-checked the information in the Summary Table with the accounting data and audited financial statements that we reviewed during our audit of Fastprint Technology's 2025 financial statements. In all material respects, we found no inconsistencies. Apart from the audit procedures related to related party transactions that we performed during the audit of Fastprint Technology's 2025 financial statements, we did not perform additional audit procedures on the information contained in the Summary Table. To better understand Fastprint Technology's non-operating fund occupation and other related party fund transactions, the attached Summary Table should be read in conjunction with the audited 2025 financial statements.
