- The Board meeting was held on March 13, 2026, at 14:00, at the 4th-floor conference room of Guangzhou Fastprint Circuit Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary located at No. 33, Spectrum Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, combining on-site and teleconference methods. Mr. Liu Xinhua, Mr. Zhu Ning, Mr. Xu Wansheng, and Ms. Li Jiaping participated via teleconference.
