Zhejiang Wanliyang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") published its 2025 annual report on April 21, 2026. To facilitate investors' in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the Company's situation, the Company will hold an investor reception day event on the day of the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
- Reception Time: 10:00-11:30 AM on May 11, 2026 (Monday)
- Reception Location: Second-floor conference room of the Company's office building, No. 3999 Hongbin West Road, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province (staff will provide guidance at the time)
- Company Participants: Mr. Huang Heqing, Chairman; Mr. Zhang Leigang, Financial Director and Secretary of the Board (in case of special circumstances, the participants will be adjusted according to the actual situation).
- Registration and Appointment Method: Investors interested in participating in this event should contact the staff of the Company's Board Office from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM on April 29, 2026, to make an appointment and register in advance. - Visiting Credentials: Individual investors visiting the event should bring their original and copy of their ID card, and their original and copy of their shareholder card.
