Commitment Letter Regarding Participation in the Latest Independent Director Training
According to the resolution of the fourth meeting of the seventh board of directors of Tianjin Nine-An Medical Electronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nine-An Medical"), I, Zhang Lin, have been nominated as a candidate for independent director of the seventh board of directors of Nine-An Medical. As of the date of the notice for the Nine-An Medical 2025 Annual General Meeting, I have not yet obtained the independent director qualification certificate recognized by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, in order to perform the duties of an independent director in a standardized manner, I hereby commit as follows: I will participate in the latest independent director training and obtain the independent director training certificate recognized by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
