On January 14, 2026, Palm Ecological Urban Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on Initiating Litigation by the Company" (Announcement No.: 2026-005). Due to a dispute over a construction contract, the Company sued the Hebi City Qibin District Municipal Construction Development Center in the Hebi City Qibin District People's Court, with the amount involved being RMB 143.9368 million.
