(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its sixth Board of Directors meeting on April 23, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Confirmation of Directors' 2025 Remuneration and 2026 Remuneration Plan" and the "Proposal on Confirmation of Senior Management's 2025 Remuneration and 2026 Remuneration Plan." The 2025 remuneration for the Company's directors and the 2026 remuneration plan are subject to review by the Company's 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. The details are as follows:

(I) Review and Decision-Making on the 2025 Remuneration Plan for Non-Independent Directors
The Company held its thirty-fourth meeting of the sixth Board of Directors on September 28, 2025, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Adjusting the Remuneration Plan for Non-Independent Directors." This remuneration plan was approved by the Company's 2025 Fourth Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on October 16, 2025. The Company's non-independent directors' remuneration for 2025 will be executed in accordance with this plan.
